Shooting in Kohuwala

A house on Kalubowila Temple Road has been shot at.

Police said that the shooting was carried out in the early hours of this morning (15) by two unidentified persons who arrived on a motorcycle.

Police further said that the shooters shot at the house and the gate and fled.

Police said that there were no reports of any loss of life or injuries in the shooting.

Police said that initial police investigations indicate that the shooting may have been carried out due to some financial dispute.

Further investigations into the incident are being conducted by the Kohuwala Police.
