MP Archchuna arrested
MP Ramanathan Archchuna has been arrested.
By the Colombo Fort Police.
The MP was arrested this morning (29) when he came to the police to give a statement.
The MP was summoned to the Fort Police today to give a statement regarding an incident of scolding a police officer during a satyagraha held in Colombo.
MP Ramanathan Archchuna has been arrested on charges of obstructing the duty of the police officer in question.
