The witness told the court that the first suspect herself had told her that living a happy married life is one of the conditions, but the fact that she was a married woman and had filed for divorce to separate from her husband at that time did not prevent her from appearing for the interview.

The Chief Magistrate decided to adjourn the further hearing of the case till November 26 and ordered the summons to be sent to the second and third witnesses of the prosecution to appear before the court on that day.
