Everything is ready for the second round of talks with the IMF... says the state minister

The second negotiation round of the loan program with the International Monetary Fund will be held from the 14th to the 24th.

The Minister of State for Finance Mr. Ranjith Siyambalapitiya mentioned that all necessary arrangements are ready for that.

 Relevant parties including the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank will participate in these discussions at the official level.

The Minister of State said that the final discussion and the opening discussion will be held with the President as the Finance Minister.

The Minister of State also mentioned that nearly 330 million more dollars will be received as the second installment.
